Draw Down Cylinders (Calibration Cylinders)

Draw Down Cylinders are used to calibrate the flow rate of chemical metering pumps and chemical injection systems.
These are ideal to periodically monitor the performance and accuracy of chemical injection and to insert accurate dosages into batch processes.

​5700 Injection Rate Gauges

The 5700 Series Gauge provides a visual means for checking the contents of a bulk tank and a means for checking the injection rate of a chemical metering pump. This is achieved by conducting a one minute test.

​​Calibration Pots

Calibration Pots provide the means for determining chemical pump flow rates. The gauge is installed between the suction side of the chemical pump and the tank. The pump rate is checked by closing the valve between the tank and gauge and observing the level change in the gauge for one minute.
Design utilizes a tank with shielded tubular gauge for maximum protection from glass breakage.

Drum Gauges

KENCO drum gauges are used to visually monitor the liquid level inventory in horizontal 55 gallon (205 litre) chemical storage tanks. In addition, several models come complete with a test valve to set the injection rate of a chemical metering pump. 

The drum gauges are available in a wide range of materials for ultimate corrosion resistance.

Injection Quills

KENCO Chemical Injectors are designed to inject and properly atomize corrosive chemicals into the turbulent stream of a process system pipeline. The KENCO Chemical Injector will minimize the possibility of corrosive chemical build-up on the walls of the pipeline.

KENCO Chemical Injectors are recommended for use in pipelines with a flow-rate velocity of 40 feet per second (12.192 meters per second), or less.

I.C.E. stock a range of Hofmann instruments including conductivity, pH and ORP for use in water treatment applications. We also stock inline conductivity, pH and ORP electrodes and simulators.
DPH-4 Controller 

The DPH-4 instrument was built with flexibility in mind. It can be set up as a commercial pool controller measuring PH/ORP, or it can be used as a process controller measuring PH/ORP, PH/PH or ORP/ORP.

Setup and calibrations are entered with easy to use encoders. Programmed parameters are not lost even if power is switched off for extended periods.
Precision 4-20mA output with complete isolation between each unit enables the connection to a central monitor or data logging system.

Various timing modes and dosing relay lock-out times protect the installation from excess dosing.

PPH-1 Controller 

The PPH-1 is a pH controller designed for single pH input processes. It utilises a sensor to measure the level of pH, when a certain level of pH is reached the controller will trigger dosing cycles. The dosing cycle can operate in three ways. 
  • The first operates by cycling on / off timers, this is known as normal.
  • The second operates in a proportional manner, dosing towards the set point at a reduced rate. This avoids over dosing. 
  • The third is known as adaptive proportional capacity to 'learn' from the behaviour of the system and adjust it's on and off by an algorithm programmed into the instrument.
It also features an alarm and 4-20 mA output.

PMV-1 ORP Controller 

The PMV-1 is an ORP controller designed for cooling tower or process application. It utilises a sensor to measure the level of oxidant in the water, when a certain level of ORP is reached the controller will trigger dosing cycles.

DPH-64 Controller 

The DPH-64 is ideal for pH or ORP control where fine adjustment or a highly variable process needs to be controlled.
This unit controls either pH or ORP and has facility to correct 'up' or 'down'. A proportional output means that the response of the attached equipment (such as metering pumps) can be paced to accurately maintain the required set point without overshooting.

CTH-2 Cooling Tower Controller 

The CTH-2 controller has all of the necessary functions for cooling tower control built into a single easy to use controller. It incorporates conductivity control with inhibitor dosing functionality with many modes of operation. It operates over a 0-5000 uS range with automatic temperature compensation. The conductivity is displayed on a back lit screen that provides easy to understand programming advice and operational descriptions.

It comprises of two independent timers, biocide one functions on a 7 day cycle. The secondary timer operates on a 28 day cycle, essentially allowing the unit to slug dose chemical once each month.
The CTH-2 is state of the art - it is the most effective, functional and economical unit available in Australia.

SMH-2 Simulator 

This hand held simulator is ideal for commissioning, testing and troubleshooting pH and ORP based systems. The simulator can be connected to the instrument and an output ranged to simulate a process. The control and operation of the system can then be tested.
The simulator also can be connected to the sensor to obtain a reading independent of the controller.
