COMMENTARY

The B-V series are variable-flow rate peristaltic pumps enclosed in an IP67 plastic casing, designed primarily for cooling tower and washing machine use. In all our new ranges of peristaltic pumps, these pumps have there motor shaft (axle of rotating head) SUPPORTED AT BOTH ENDS. This gives better durability and resistance to wear and tear as compared with most other peristaltic pumps, which have their motor shafts usually supported only on one end.

(When supported at one end, the motor shaft bends with time - due to wear and tear, or over-pressure in the tubing. Symptoms of such damage is the loss of flow rate, because the pump head rollers is no longer able to squeeze on the pump head tubing).

Another feature which makes the B-V series special is the ability to discharge with pressure.

Pump head axle is supported at both ends, providing better durability. Most other peristaltic pumps have their pump head axles supported only on one side - which is the most common cause of breakdowns, when wear and tear bends the axle.

New pump head design with four rollers provides is constructed of stronger materials and provides better efficiency.

Mounting bracket is included for easy installation and removal at site.
